Aegean Condo #214! New to the Rental Program! 2BR/2BA newly upgraded and renovated condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool! Nicely updated with granite, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded bathrooms. Check out the bathrooms! You'll be super comfortable and impressed with the modern feel and look to this condo! Sleeps up to 8 people maximum with at least 4 children. Children would be more comfortable on the single bed and trundle in the master bedroom as well as the sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 king beds, 2 single beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll love the spaciousness of this condo! The balcony is big and has lounge chairs, picnic tables, and even a private electric grill! No smoking and no pets please! Beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) is seasonal and can be rented directly through the vendor on the beach. You may bring your own chairs too! No tents are permitted on the beach.

Free WiFi! Enjoy the big screen smart tvs too! Condo amenities include a seasonally heated pool, community grill area, with picnic tables, shuffleboard, tennis court, and a private beach to enjoy!

Parking for 2 vehicles only. No commercial vehicles, buses, RVs, or sprinter vans, etc.

40% required to reserve. The balance is due 30 days in advance. Fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days in advance minus $300 fee. Trip cancellation insurance is offered at 6.5% of the total for covered cancellations within 60 days through CSA Travel Protection. Snowbird monthly rentals require 40% down and the balance by Sep 1st. It is non-refundable unless the time can be rented again.

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' Destin is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach and well maintained property

WE know this condo and the Aegean well and were not disappointed. The only problem was the master bath shower. It will not drain and a plumber is needed to correct this yucky problem.

The condo was beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. There were six of us staying in the condo, and we were all very comfortable. I believe it would have slept 8 comfortably, although two of the beds were twin size. Everyone in my party agreed that the beds were comfortable. We loved having a washer and dryer in our condo, as we were able to end our vacation with very little laundry to do when we returned home. There were two negatives that we noticed. One, the master bathroom shower was clogged and during my first shower, I was standing in quite a bit of water. Because of the Juneteenth holiday, it wasn’t fixed for two days. Secondly, the skillets were very small and it was hard to make breakfast for a party of six. Overall, it was great and we all had a great time. We would choose to stay at this condo again if and when we return to Destin!
