Walk to the Private Beach Pavilion on our Private Beach! Nicely updated and well appointed. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home but at the Beach! You'll have Twin bunks in the bunk bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 1 King in the Master Bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master Bedroom has an upgraded, private bathroom! There is a 2nd bathroom in the hall. The spacious and open front floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to each other. The kitchen is well equipped with a big granite breakfast bar and newer appliances. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and the living room is big and super relaxing! Tile floors throughout the house! No Carpet!
Bath and kitchen towels and bed linens are provided. You'll also have a starter set of paper towels, soaps, and toilet paper. There is a BBQ grill on the side of the house and plenty of chairs on the front porch to enjoy the breezes of NW Florida!

Emerald Shores is a gated neighborhood very close to the beach with a private beach Pavilion, 2 pools, a tennis court, and a basketball goal. There is access from both the beach side and from HWY 98 for an easy commute anywhere! Shopping, golf, water sports, and all Destin activities are very close! Located centrally between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall about 2 miles from each! Come see why Destin is paradise! If you come once, you'll come often!
