Cindie's Song Sandestin is the best home away from home! Super nice, updated, and comfortable for up to 9 people! Our Golf and Beach cottage is located around the Raven Golf Course in Sandestin's Bay side in the Laurel Grove Community. Outside, you'll find wrap around porches and plenty of shade. Inside, you'll find an updated kitchen including upgraded appliances, granite counters, and center island seating! There is also a dining area with a table for 6 opening to the 2-story living room! The living room has a big screen 60-inch TV and plenty of seating for everyone! The Master bedroom is off the living room with access to the wrap around porch. There is a private master bath with a tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom is also on the 1st floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The upstairs loft area has 2 bunk beds, one with a twin over a full bed and the other with a twin over a twin bed. There is also a sitting area, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in addition to the golf cart.

No pets and No Smoking, please! Laurel Grove amenities include a Club House, Gym, and a Community Pool! Use our golf cart to go to the beach or to shopping, dining and other amenities the Greater Sandestin Resort has to offer! There are 4 Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, a Marina, walking trails, shops, restaurants, bars, and lots of outdoor activities!

40% required to reserve. The balance is due 30 days in advance. Fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days in advance minus $300 fee. Within 60 days, we must be able to rent the time again in order to refund. Snowbird Rentals require 40% up front and the balance by Sep 1st. Trip cancellation insurance is offered at 6.5% of the total for covered cancellations within 60 days through CSA Travel Protection.

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' Destin is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
