About
Destin Manatee, the perfect home for a large family (or possibly two families). Maximum of 8 people including children and infants, please! It offers an open floor plan, great for entertaining and spending time together. There are actually two sitting areas - the front room is nice for conversing or enjoying a glass of wine. The larger area has plenty of space for the family to watch TV, play board games or just hang out. The home offers 1 King, 1 Queen and 4 Twin beds. The kids love the nautical feel in the twin bedrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 8 people including children.
Preparing meals in this fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure. Nothing has been spared. The sleek aluminum appliances and spacious cooking area are some of the nice features. Dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats four.
The master bedroom (with the King) has one of the most comfortable beds ever! You'll sleep like a baby on your vacation. Master bath has a double vanity and is a perfect size for two people to get ready to head to the beach! The Queen bedroom is nicely decorated in a tropical decor and shares a bathroom with the other two bedrooms. No smoking. No pets.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio. The yard is beautifully landscaped and fenced for privacy.
Walk to the Beach! Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and live entertainment. Convenient to the bike and jogging trails along Scenic Gulf Drive. You're welcome to use the wagon for the beach toys and cooler.
Unfortunately, there is no access to a pool, but the beach is very close! The Big Kahunas Water Park is a short 4 mile drive!
FREE Wireless high speed internet is provided!
Parking for up to 3 vehicles. 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles are permitted.
40% required to reserve. The balance is due 30 days in advance. Fully refundable if canceled more than 60 days in advance minus $300 fee. Trip cancellation insurance is offered at 6.5% of the total for covered cancellations within 60 days through CSA Travel Protection.
The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' Destin is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why!

We had a wonderful time and this house was not only beautiful but it had the perfect set up for us. There is a master bedroom/bathroom that is separated which allowed the families to be blocked to together. My sister and her husband had the 2nd largest room and it was down a hallway with the kids room. So everyone was able to spend time together and have a little privacy when needed. So am renting here again. AND the property management. Very helpful, great communication.

We had an awesome time visiting Destin and not to mention the house (Destin Manatee) was perfect. The house was very clean house and cozy and best of all walking distance to the beach, what more can you ask for. Loved our stay I would truly recommend this home.

We stayed in the Manatee house, through Crystal Waters. The house was located just minutes walk from the beach. It was clean, well stocked, spacious for the whole group, and in a quiet neighborhood. Will recommend 5 out of 5!!

The home was open and inviting, and nicely appointed with practically everything. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Destin. Spent a lot of time on the beach, went to the Destin harborwalk, and enjoyed an afternoon on a pontoon rental cruising the bay and stopping at Crab Island.
